Mee Na Lojewski, artistic director and cello
Mee Na completed a Masters of Music at Sydney Conservatorium and the Royal Academy of Music, London. Following her Professional Performance Program at ANAM, Mee Na founded Affinity Collective during her 2015 ANAM Fellowship and the same year was a finalist in the ABC Young Performers Award. She received the E.V. Llewellyn Memorial Award for Overseas Study and an Australia Council grant for Affinity Collective’s 2016 concert tour to Germany and the UK, which included the Prussia Cove International Musicians Seminar. Mee Na has studied chamber music with Thomas Adés and members of the Doric, Kuss, Belcea, Brodsky and Noga Quartets. In Sydney, she has performed with Sydney Chamber Opera, Omega Ensemble, and Sydney Symphony Orchestra, with whom she toured Japan and Korea in 2011. She also performs with Victorian Opera, Australian World Orchestra, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, and Inventi Ensemble. Mee Na tutors chamber music at Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School.
