Mee Na Lojewski, cello
Mee Na completed a Masters of Music at Sydney Conservatorium and the Royal Academy of Music, London, studying with Susan Blake, Timothy Walden and Mats Lidström. After completing the Professional Performance Program at ANAM, Mee Na founded Affinity during her 2015 ANAM Fellowship and the same year was a finalist in the ABC Young Performers Award. She received the E.V. Llewellyn Memorial Award for Overseas Study and an Australia Council Grant for Affinity Quartet's 2016 concert tour to Germany and the UK, which included the Prussia Cove International Musicians Seminar. Mee Na has studied chamber music with Thomas Adés and members of the Doric, Kuss, Belcea, Brodsky and Noga Quartets. In Sydney, she has performed with Sydney Chamber Opera, Omega Ensemble, and Sydney Symphony Orchestra, with whom she toured Japan and Korea in 2011. Mee Na also performs with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Victorian Opera, and Australian World Orchestra, with whom she toured India in 2018. Mee Na tutors chamber music at Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School.
